Vice President
John Mendes is a Managing Partner and Vice President of Technology Solutions at Kadima Consulting, where he leads the Solutions division and oversees AI, Microsoft cloud, governance, and technology advisory services. He has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations choose and use technology to meet business goals and manage operational change. His background includes cybersecurity, risk management, governance, privacy, program management, and professional services.
At Kadima, John leads the AI practice. He helps organizations choose useful AI applications, determine whether they are ready, establish rules for responsible use, and create a step-by-step adoption plan. He works with executives and operational leaders to move AI projects from early tests into broader business use. His work includes planning, employee training, change management, and support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft AI tools.
John believes successful AI projects require more than installing technology. Organizations also need clear goals, appropriate safeguards, practical training, and continued support so employees know how to use the tools in their daily work. Through Kadima’s advisory, training, and implementation services, he helps clients use AI responsibly to save time, make faster decisions, and support growth.

She specializes in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry—leveraging prompt engineering, no-code/low-code platforms, and professional development to create scalable, reliable, and high-impact solutions.
Rosemarie has led and delivered more than 150 projects across industries including financial services, telecommunications, technology, retail, manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare. Her work focuses on turning complex business processes into streamlined, automated workflows that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and end-user experience.
